Daniela Bravo, LCSW, is a Santa Rosa Junior College Alumni. Following her time at the SRJC, she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Sonoma State. After taking a break from school, she received her Master’s in Social Worker from CSU Long Beach in 2013. Most of her professional life has been in the non-profit social services sector. She has worked with individuals, families, and groups in the areas of sexual violence prevention and education, skill-building, positive-parenting and trauma-informed care. She has been a case manager and therapist for families and youth, primarily in the foster care system. Recently she was a Clinical Director overseeing trainees, interns, and associates in both residential and outpatient and crisis response settings.
She is dedicated to supporting youth and families in the community and also passionate about supporting other mental health professionals to develop their skills in a supportive environment. As an immigrant from Mexico, she is particularly drawn to supporting the Latinx community, underserved populations and other marginalized groups.
Outside work, Daniela enjoys spending time with her family. Her self-care routine includes 5 a.m. fitness classes and annual weekend trips with a friendship group of over 15 years.
