Mindfulness Meetups On Campus
The Santa Rosa Mindfulness Meetups will be held every Monday at 2:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. in the Bertolini Associate’s Lounge (across from the Bear’s Den).
In Petaluma, join us every Wednesday at 12:30 P.M. in the Intercultural Center (Jacobs Hall, 116) to explore ways to reduce stress and build community!
