Mindfulness Meetups On Campus
The Santa Rosa Mindfulness Meetups will be held every Wednesday at 3:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. in Mi Casa (Garcia Hall, 860).
In Petaluma, join us every Wednesday from 11:30 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. in the Intercultural Center (Jacobs Hall, 116) to explore ways to reduce stress and build community!
