Student Health Services seeks to promote academic success by assisting students with physical or mental health issues. Should you become aware of a student with these concerns, please refer them to Student Health Services. 

REFERRING A STUDENT TO STUDENT PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES

When you are particularly concerned about a student’s mental health and would like to make a referral to Student Psychological Services specifically, we encourage you to use the Crisis "Yellow Card" Referral Form.

Student Referral cards and Staff Procedures are available on the Downloadable Forms page or via the links above. If possible, it is often useful to walk a student in distress to our offices.
