• You can filter your search in a variety of ways, such as male vs female provider, if they have openings, if they speak a certain language.
• You can also visit https://www.keystone.love, a local group practice with many providers.

Moderate-severe concerns (including Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, extensive suicidal thinking, extensive case management):

• Make an appointment at a community health clinic, listed at https://aliadoshealth.org/enrollment
• You will first see a primary care provider who can then arrange for you to see mental health therapist.
• You can also visit https://www.keystone.love, a local group practice with many providers.

• Call 707 571-3778 where you will be scheduled with a phone or video intake.
• During the intake, ask for an outside referral, and they will provide you information on how to set up a video appointment with a contracted provider (such as Grow Therapy, Two Chairs, or Able To) where you can get weekly therapy, often with no wait list. And, you often are given a list of providers to choose from.
• If your situation substantially involves substance use, high risk, or needing time off from work, then you will be directed to an in-person appointment.
• Whether you see someone via video or at Kaiser, your co-pay will be the same.

• Your insurance company can give you a list of participating providers. To obtain this information, call the Member Services number listed on the back of your insurance card or log into the company's online portal.
• You can also use search engines and filter by this insurance, on the Internet sites such as Headway, Two Chairs, Grow Therapy, HelloAlma, Able To, Psychology Today, Redwood Psychological Association, and RECAMFT.
• The first four of these will give you times when a provider has openings. For the last three, you will need to call many providers, 10 at a time, to get a call back from someone who has an opening.
• Other local options include https://www.keystone.love and https://psychstrategies.com, both of which are group practices with many providers.

• First, determine if you are eligible for MediCal, and if so, start an application: Contact our front office 707 527-4445 to set up an appointment with one of our enrollment counselors.
• Meanwhile, while waiting for MediCal, if you have no insurance (or there is a reason you cannot use your insurance), you can get 10 sessions of free remote therapy at www.jewishfreeclinic.org (available to anyone).
• Longer low cost (usually $30/session, occasionally $15/session) remote video therapy therapy is available at https://www.liberationinstitute.org.
