Swasthi Naidu

Swasthi Naidu, LMFT #106668, received her master’s in Counseling Psychology with a Concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco. She has experience in school-based community mental health, crisis stabilization, domestic violence, Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS), pediatric short- term therapy and adolescent/family/adult treatment. She is currently working at Santa Rosa Junior College as a supervisor/therapist and has a private practice in Petaluma.

Swasthi specializes in treating OCD, PTSD, anxiety, and depression in her private practice. She uses the following evidence-case modalities- Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).

In her personal life, Swasthi enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, cooking, biking, reading, going to the beach and playing with her two Border Collies. She is originally from Fiji, but has spent majority of her life in California.
