Susan Quinn
Position
Director, Student Health Services
Office
William B. Race Building, Rm 4017, Santa Rosa Campus

Susan is a Nurse Practitioner that has worked as the Director of Student Health Services at Santa Rosa Junior College since 1995. Prior to joining SRJC, she worked in Sonoma County for many years within organizations serving individuals with disabilities, mental health, and/or behavioral health issues. Her earlier nursing experiences were in the Mid-West as a public health nurse. Susan completed her BSN Degree at the University of Michigan, and her MSN Degree and Family Nurse Practitioner education at Sonoma State University, and learns something new every single day.

Susan loves her job at SRJC, working with college students that are in the process of transforming their lives through education, through the lens of their physical, mental and social health.  She has worked at developing and expanding SRJC’s Student Health Services over the years, as well as working throughout the State to advocate for integrated health services on all California Community College campuses. Susan has had the opportunity to express her strong research nerd identity and support statewide advocacy work by participating in the development of two large, ongoing studies: the HSACCC-NCHA Consortium Project and the HSACCC Annual Survey.

Susan is devoted to providing the best health services to our students at SRJC.
