Saba is a Psy.D. candidate in Clinical Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology, San Francisco Bay.
Saba's clinical approach is rooted in relational-psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapies, and person-centered therapies. Saba seeks to embed her work with clients in a multicultural framework, exploring how social, personal history, and intersecting identities impact clients' experiences. As a counselor, Saba aspires to co-create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space with clients to explore various mental health challenges/concerns and develop helpful coping and new ways of relating with self and others.
Clinical Interests include identity development, family/romantic relationship issues, interpersonal concerns, neurodiversity (ADHD and executive functioning), cross-cultural adjustment, loss and grief, refugee populations, concealable chronic conditions, and Arab/Middle Eastern North African (MENA) populations.
Outside of clinic, Saba enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, traveling for food, attending concerts, reading books, and watching science fiction/old films.
